Free Shipping
• We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $300
Shipping Carriers
Depending on your country and shipping method selected, your order may be delivered via trusted international carriers such as NSS Logistics, DHL, UPS, FedEx, or their local delivery partners.
Remote Area Deliveries
Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote or outlying areas. We will contact you directly if this affects your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vonyx activé is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

While we strive to deliver your order promptly, external factors (such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays) may occasionally cause longer delivery times.
